11/2 cups oil2 cups sugar2 eggs(well beaten)3 cups Pears or Tart Apples2 teaspoons Vanilla3/4 teaspoon Salt1 cup Pecans(chopped)3 cups Flour2 teaspoons Cinnamon1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Directions
Mix by hand - Beat eggs & add sugar, oil & vanilla... Then add dry ingredients... Bake @ 325* for 1 1/2 hours...
