Aunt Millies Light Whole Wheat Bread, 20 slices3 stalks celery1 medium onion4 cups low-sodium chicken broth1/4 tsp oregano1/4 tsp basil1/4 tsp thyme1/4 tsp savory1/4 tsp sage1/4 tsp mace1/4 tsp ginger1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 tsp bay leaves crushed1/4 cup wine1 Tbls lemon juice1 egg1/2 can Fit & Active Cream of Mushroom Soup2 cans sliced Mushrooms(drained)1 tsp olive oil
Brake up bread and toast in oven. Boil chopped celery & onions in broth. Combine all other ingredients in large bowl. When bread and veggies are done combine all together with some of the broth until it is like a semi-wet sponge. Save the rest of the broth for gravy. Stuff the turkey to bake or bake in pan at 350 for 1 hour.

How much bread? I don't see it listed, which I'm thinking will also throw off the calorie count for the recipe. - 11/27/11

So sorry I forgot to list the bread on the ingredients list. It calls for 20 slices of Aunt Millies Light Whole Wheat bread. It did not change the calories because it was listed in the calculation part when you enter the recipe, I just forgot it on the 2nd list.(wish we didn't have do it that way)
