Persimmon Rice Pudding

Ingredients
4cups cooked rice1 1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp. vanilla1/4 cup raisins2 cups persimmon pulp1 1/4 cups milk1 egg beaten3/4 cups chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
combine rice pulp, set aside.
combine sugar, milk, flour, egg, and vanilla. add rice mixture and mix well. if choose to add nuts stir in at this time along with raisins.
pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
bake uncovered at 305'f for 45 minutes or until set.
Serve hot or cold
