Spanish Rice Baked

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper1 (14.5oz.) can diced tomatoes1 cup water3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice1/2 cup chili sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp ground cumin1tsp Worcestershire sauce1 pinch ground black pepper1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 can black beans - washed and drained1 TBS dried chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F

Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in the onion, green bell pepper, tomatoes, water, rice, chili sauce, salt, brown sugar, cumin, worcestershire sauce and ground pepper.

Let this simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, then stir in the drained black beans. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. Press down firmly and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
