Cubed Steak with Peppers and Onions

2 Sirloin Cube Steaks 10oz total2 medium onions sliced2 bell peppers, sliced1 cup of fresh mushrooms, sliced3/4 cup of Heinz(or similar brand) Homestyle Beef Gravy (jar)1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1. Heat Olive Oil in pan and lightly season the the steak with a little salt and pepper.
2. Brown meat on both sides and then remove from pan.
3. Place all of the vegetables in the pan and cook them down until they start to sweat.
4. Place meat back into pan along with the gravy and cook it down until the meat is at the cook as desired.
Serve over rice.
