Vegan Neapolitan Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Garden (tricolored) twirl pasta1/2 tbsp of soy free Earth Balance1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olivesI small jar diced pimientosI tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup of walnutsgarlic salt and garlic powder to taste!
Directions
Bring water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until pasta reaches desired constituency. Drain and rinse pasta, set aside.

In non-stick pan add butter and melt on medium heat. Once melted add pasta, drained olives, drained pimientos, walnuts, and garlic last, then stir. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Cook until warm through.

Serve and enjoy!

Note: Pimientos not factored into nutritional value.
