CAKE:1 Box Orange Supreme Cake mix1 15oz can Mandarin Orange slicesICING:8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese *softened to room temperature.1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 - 2 oz skim milk1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 9" X 13" or 2, 8" pans then lightly coat with flour.
In large mixing bowl, put cake mix, egg whites, & whole can of Mandarin oranges including syrup.
Mix slowly for 30 seconds, then
Mix on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan(s) & bake for 30".
In med. bowl put softened 8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese (*softened to room temperature),confectioners’ sugar, vanilla & milk.
With an electric mixer, Beat until smooth and creamy.
Evenly spread frosting over cooled cake
Serving Size: 12 slices
