Banana Bread...Nearly Sugar Free & Fat Free

Ingredients
4 Medium Bananas1/3 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Fat Free1 Cup Ideal No Calorie Sweetener1 Large Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking SodaDash of Salt1.5 Cups Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, with a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large bowl. Mix in the Ideal No Calorie Sweetener, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour into a greased 4x8 inch pan (use calorie free spray). Bake for 1 hour, cool on a rack. Remove from pan, slice and serve.
