spinich and goats cheese omlette

Ingredients
1 whole egg2 egg whitespinch pepper1 tsp butter(you can add a pinch of salt if you like)1oz goats cheese11/2 oz spinich
Directions
place the oil into the HOT pan, then add the butter.
wait for the butter to turn a golden brown then add the whole egg and the egg whites. shake the pan and go around the side of the omlette so it does not stick to the sides. then when it is done add the spinich and the crumbled goats cheese on to the omlette, then fold the omlette and serve. Tip: the spinich will taste better with if u cook it a little in a separate pan then add to the omlette.
