Oat, Fruit, and Nut Granola

Ingredients
7 cups Rolled Oats1 cup Sliced Almonds1 cup Pumpkin seeds1 cup Sunflower seeds1 cup Craisins3/4 cup Raisins1 cup Dried Cherries1 cup Coconut2 teaspoons cinnamon1/2 cup Brown Sugar1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup Honey8 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine oats, nuts, fruits, coconut, and cinnamon. Heat honey, brown sugar, and oil on stove, stirring until mixed together. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over granola mixture, stirring well to coat.

Spread on 2 large baking sheets and bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.

Store in air-tight container or heavy ziplock bags.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 14 cups of granola, or 24 servings (1/2 cup per serving)
