Protein Energy Bars

Ingredients
2 cups Dark Corn Syrup1 Tbs. Honey2 cups Natural Peanut Butter2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon1 tsp. Salt2 cups Protein Powder3 cups Rolled Oats, pureed into powder4 cups Cocoa Crispies Cereal
Directions
Mix first six ingredients in mixer.
Add protein powder and mix thoroughly.
Slowly add in oats and crispies.
Once mixed well, roll mixture into 11.5X15 pan coated with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 1 hour and cut into 30 bars.

Tip: Refrigerate bars to keep fresh longer.
Dried fruit or nuts can also be mixed in to taste.
