Pakistani Vegetable Besan Pakoda

Ingredients
Canola Oil for Frying 3/4 cupGram Flour (Besan) Baking Powder 1/2 tspLuke Warm Water 1/2 cupOnion finely chopped 1 mediumFresh Cilantro Leaves (Dhaniya) 5 TbspFresh Green Chiles finely chopped 2Salt 1/2 tspCumin Seeds 1 tspCumin Powder 1/2 tspCoriander Powder 1/2 tspCrushed Chili Pepper 1 tspRed Chili Powder 1/2 tsp (if you want a lil extra spicy)Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
In a bowl add gram flour,baking soda, and water and whisk till its formed a smooth toothpaste like consistency.

Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, crushed red chili, green chilies, and cilantro leaves and mix throughly then rest it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes

Take the mix out of the refrigerator, add onions and mix well.
Now grab the mixture by your fingers and drop it in the oil or you can pour it by a tablespoon. Fry on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup/ Tamarind Chutney/ or add it in Yogurt Kadhi

Serving Size: 1 serving = 4 Pakodas. Each pakoda is 1 1/2 diameter
