Turkey Chili over Macaroni

Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 lb lean ground turkey28-oz can whole, peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped2 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp chili powder2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp dried oregano3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne3/4 pound macaroni or ruoti
Directions
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over MH heat. Add onion, garlic, pepper, cook 2 minutes. Add turkey and cook til no longer pink, about 2 min. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and cayenne; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 15-18 min.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, drain. Serve chili over pasta.
