Breakfast Wraps (Bacon, Egg, Cheese)

5 - 5in whole wheat tortilla wraps2.5 slice of fat free cheese slices (Black Diamond)5 slice turkey bacon (President's Choice)2 - lg eggs.5 cup of egg whites (Naturegg).05 cup of skim milk.5 med. red pepper1 tbsp dried onion flakes
Lay out the tortilla wraps. Place half a slice of cheese and one slice of cooked turkey bacon in each one. Fry (in non-stick pan) the red peppers for a couple of minutes. Mix eggs, egg whites, skim milk and onion flakes and add red peppers. Prepare like scrambled eggs. Divide mixture into the five wraps. Roll up the wrap and place in freezer bags. I use a larger bag and then just remove them individually as needed.
To reheat from freezer, just wrap in paper towling for 1-1.5 min. Add salsa, optional.
