Chili Espresso Ahi Tuna

Ingredients
100g of Ahi Tuna (yellow fin) Marinade: 1 tbsp of chili pepper 1 tsp of cayenne 2 cloves of garlic1 small onions chopped finely 1/2 tbsp of instant coffee or 1 tbsp of espresso powder
Directions
lightly coat the ahi with olive oil
mix all the dry ingredients together and coat the ahi wit the marinade. (30-35minutes)

Sear/Grill for 2 minutes of each side
