Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 box (4 cups) organic chicken broth1 cup water1 large onion, chopped3-4 stalks celery, chopped2 large carrots, chopped1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped1 zucchini, choppedbay leaf1/2 t. sage1/2 t. thyme1/2 t. savory1/2 t. celery saltsalt and pepper, to taste1/2 T. fresh lemon juice
Directions
Put chicken, broth, water, onion, celery, carrots, and bay leaf in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add parsley, zucchini and spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Shred chicken and add back into soup. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and serve.
