Ingredients
500g Chocolate - I usually use 1 block of milk and 1 block of dark4 cups of mini marshmallows200g diced raspberry flavoured gummy snakes (or similar raspberry gummy lollies)1 cup unsalted peanuts
Break up chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler.
Just before chocolate is fully melted remove from heat.
Add peanuts and pieces of raspberry lollies and stir through.
Add mini marshmallows and stir through until everything is thoroughly coated in chocolate.
Spoon out into approximately 56 clusters - each will be the size of a heaped tablespoon.
Put in the fridge to allow chocolate to set.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 56 clusters
