Chicken with Gravy and Egg Noodles

Ingredients
4 cups cooked egg noodles2 cups cooked dark meat turkey2 cups cooked light meat turkey6 cups homemade chicken broth1 cup margarine3/4 cup white flour1 tsp nu salt, salt substitute1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cook 2 turkey wings and 1 turkey thigh and 1 turkey leg.
Pull meat off bone and discard fat and skin.
Heat chicken broth to warm.
In large pot add butter and flour. Stir until well combined. Add warm stock 1 cup at a time until well mixed and no lumps remain. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook noodles according to package directions.
To serve add 1/2 cup noodles to a bowl and ladle over a 1/2 cup of the chicken and gravy.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1 cup servings, 1/2 cup noodles and 1/2 cup chicken and gravy.
