Slow Cooker Chicken & Mushrooms

Ingredients
Chicken breast, 9 oz (3 3oz breasts)Olive oil, 1 tspMushrooms, 1 cup, choppedOnion, 1 cup, choppedGarlic Powder, 1 TbspWater, 4 cups
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Spoon out veggies and serve on top of chicken breast. Reserve the broth to freeze for later use.
