Homemade Vegetable soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil2 cups diced carrots2 cups diced celery2 cups diced potatoes, (I used red skin)2 cups diced onions2 cups fresh string beans cut into 1 inch strips1-15-1/2oz. can yellow sweet corn2-32oz organic vegetable broth2-14-1/2oz cans diced tomatoes, with basil garlic & oregano1 Tbsp dried oregano1 Tbsp dried basil1 tsp black pepper1 tsp sea salt4 cups water
Directions
heat oil in soup pot, add celery, carrots & onions and saute until tender about 10 minutes.
Add Diced Tomatoes, vegetable broth, water, basil & oregano cover and bring to boil.
Add potatoes, green beans & corn, reduce heat and let simmer for an additional 50-60 minutes until all vegetables tender.
