Gruenkohl mit Pinkel

Ingredients
Gruenkohl, 1800 gram(s)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Smoked Sausage, pork, 3 link (4" long x 1-1/8" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions, when translucent add Gruenkohl (I use frozen, which is already chopped up and blanched), prick and add sausages; let simmer about 20 mins

let cook until vegetables are done (20 mins or so), and add salt pepper and if you like cumin.

enjoy with potatoes or just like that

great to freeze in portions
