Aldi Minced Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)Alcohol - Wine, White, Medium (125ml, 1/2 cup), 1.5 serving (remove)100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 2 tbsp (remove)Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)*bella sun luci sun dried tomatos, 1 tbsp (remove)*Shrimp Kirkland 11 shrimp per serving, 23 serving (remove)*Fresh Roma tomatoes, 4 oz (remove)*Dreamfields Angel Hair Pasta, 2.5 serving (remove)**Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1/3 c), 2.5 serving (remove)*Brocolli Florets Frozen (2/3 cup), 1 serving (remove)
A. Dice up shallots and sun dried tomatoes..
B. Quarter roma tomatoes and remove the seeds and juice. Dice into 8ths...and set aside..
Cook pasta on the side.
1. Saute until transparent garlic, shallots, sun dried tomatoes in wok, add any dry spices...(pepper, seasonings, etc.)
2. Add wine....let come to boil, and reduce somewhat..
3. let reduce a few minutes, and then add frozen shrimp and vegetables...let it boil....med-high heat.
4. When pasta is done, add roma tomatoes the wok and then ...drain pasta and add to the wok..mix throughly..
5. stove off...serve in bowls...grate parmesan cheese on top...
enjoy...
Cooked all other ingredients in separate large skillet, include parmesan and romano cheeses from block. Serve over the pasta.
