Ingredients:Millet, .75 cup Amaranth Grain, 1/4 cup, 3 serving *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.75 cup 5 cups of waterpinch of sea salt
Directions
wash all grains first then place into pot with water and salt bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 25 minutes.
