Casey's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts (~2 full breasts)1/2 c low fat mayo1/2 c seedless grapes1T lemon juice1t worcestershire sauce1/4 t ground ginger1/4 - 1/2t of whatever spice you'd like (curry powder, cumin, chaat masala...)
Directions
Poach chicken
Prepare grapes and set aside (can add celery too, if you want)
Prepare sauce
Mix it all together
Eat with crackers or on a sandwich (not included)
