Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
4 cups of Minute Rice4 cups of Hot Water2 cans of Campbells Cream of chicken soup1 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts1 Tbsp Garlic powder1 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Pepper1 10 Oz package of frozen Broccoli2 Tbsp of extra virgin Olive oil
Directions
This meal is cooked in a deep frying pan.

Cook Chicken breasts in the 2 TBSP of olive oil adding the salt, pepper and garlic powder to season the chicken during cooking. Drain extra juices off of the chicken. Mix the hot water and the cream of chicken soup and stir till smooth. Place the chicken and the soup mix into the same pan and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a rolling boil add the rice cover and remove from the heat. Make sure the rice and soup mix are combined well ensuring there is no rice setting above the soup mixture. Let set for 5 minutes and remove cover to mix one last time.
