5 Corn Tortilla shells (flat ones)1tbsp refried beans (1 per tortilla)1 chicken breast grilled & shredded1/2 medium sized tomato, chopped3 romaine lettuce leaves chopped5 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese1 garlic clove1 lime salt & pepper
season chicken breask with lime salt & black pepper to taste. The grill with 1 clove garlic & 1 tsp olive oil in a non stick skillet.
chop up lettuce & tomatos
heat refried beans (canned)
spread beans on tortilla, pile on the shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoe salt & black pepper (optional) and Parmesan cheese
