Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg white, fresh, 2 largePumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (15-16 oz.)Truvia Natural Sweetener, 18 packets (or 3/4 c granulated no-calorie sweetener)Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.5 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspGinger, ground, 0.5 tspCloves, ground, 0.25 tspNutmeg, ground, 0.25 tspMilk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the egg, egg whites, pumpkin, sweetener, Bisquick, vanilla, and spices until smooth.

Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into a 9-inch pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack. Cut into 8 servings.

If desired, dollop with 2 tablespoons of reduced-fat whipped topping before serving.

Then refrigerate leftovers.
