Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 cups fresh roasted pumpkin, pureed1 12oz can non-fat evaporated milk2 lg eggs, beaten3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp ginger, ground1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp cloves, ground9" pie crust
Directions
Can use roasted pumpkin or canned. Preheat oven to 400 degree. In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients up to pie crust until well blended. Prepare pie pan with crust, pour pumpkin mixture in. Bake for 40 minutes until center is set.
