Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
10 small sweet potatoes1/2 stick of butter2tbsp of ground cinnamon1tbsp vanilla extract2.25 cups of sugar
Directions
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Wash and drain. Put in just enough water to prevent form covering the sweet potatoes.
Add butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes and simmer for 10 minutes.
