Cheesy Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes

Ingredients
potato - diced, 2.5 lbs. Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can Sour Cream, 2 cupsButter, salted, .25 cup Cheddar Cheese, 3.5 cup, shredded Fresh Chives, 1/4 cup chopped
Directions
Cook the potatoes in a pot covered with water until tender. Drain well when done.

In a bowl combine 3 cups of cheddar cheese, the sour cream, soup, butter and 3 tablespoons chives. Add potatoes and stir gently until potatoes are coated.

Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degress F. for 35 - 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 2 - 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
