Crockpot Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
1 TBS butter7 to 8 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick1/2 cup orange juice2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed1/4 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Rub butter on the inside bottom and sides of your stoneware. Put the sweet potatoes inside. Add the orange juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt. Toss to coat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
