Holiday Brussel Sprout Salad

Ingredients
3c quartered FRESH Brussel Sprouts2c Granny Smith Apples, diced1c sweet Onion, chopped1c Carrots, grated1c Crasins1/2c Bacon BitsZest and Juice of 1 OrangeDressing...1/2c Oil1/4c Apple Cider Vinegar3 Tbsp Maple Syrup3 Tbsp Orange MarmaladeSalt and Pepper
Directions
Juice the orange and coat the diced apples. Then toss the apple mixture with the rest of the salad ingredients and dressing. Refrigerate 1 hr before serving. Enjoy!
