Baked peach and blueberry oatmeal

3c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar,2 tsp Baking Powder 1 Egg2 Egg whites1.25 cup Milk, nonfat1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 can Peaches, drained (15oz)1 c Blueberries, fresh or frozen
In large bowl combine oats, brown sugar and bkg powder.
Whisk the egg whites, egg, milk and vanilla.
Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until blended and let sit for 5min.
Chop up peaches and add, with blueberries, to the oat mixture.
Spray 11"x7" baking dish w/ cooking spray.
Pour mixture into dish and bake for 35-40 min, until top is browned.
