High protein, Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
In a blender, (I use my Ninja), place all ingredients. If a bit too sour for your taste, add splenda/stevia to taste.mix, by pulsing 5-6 times, then by mixing for 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy! 46 grams of protein! Approx 450 calories. Might be able to scale back the calories by using a different yogurt, but you will also sacrifice the protein count.
