Chili Rellenos Casserole

Ingredients
8 large eggs3 California Green Chilies (steam them, then dice them)1 large can of diced green chilies3 table spoons of white flour (you can use gluten free rice flour for gluten intolerant people).
Directions
Beat the eggs, add cheese and flour, beat some more.
Spay a 9*11 baking dish with pam.
Open the can of diced green chilies and steamed green chilies and spread them in the dish.
Pour the egg mixture over it.
Bake for 25 minutes @ 375.
If not done, cook for 5 more minutes.

I serve this with Spanish Rice and refried beans.

Cut into 8 servings. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
