Ingredients
2 egg whites, beaten3 Tablespoons pumpkin puree1 Tablespoon coconut flour1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1 Tablespoon Splenda1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Whisk the eggs, then whisk with the pumpkin. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the wet ingredients, then whisk vigorously to combine all the items. Scrap into a microwave-proof dish, then microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked.
