*Fish - Talapia Filets (10 filet 3-5 oz ea)2 10 cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes10 Extra Large Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) sliced approx 1/4 inch15 Large Black Olives, canned - sliced in halfLarge Red Onion, raw, chopped 1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend1/4 Adobo Seasoning1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup Water
Suate onions in olive oil in a large suate pan; while onions are cooking, chop olives and add with diced tomatoes w/juice and 1 cup of water to onions. Cook until hot, add talapia filets gently pushing down into sauce, sprinkle Mrs Dash and Adobo Seasoning over filets cover and cook on low heat for approximately 30 minutes or until filets are firm. Serve over rice or pasta.
