Ingredients
one salmon fillet seasoned with curry,garlic powder,salt and pepper.2 tablespoons Olive oil1 cup Broccoli1 cup califlower1cup baby carrots2 zucciniknorr chicken bullion2 cupsRice
Directions
place the salmon fillet in a bamboo steam basket and drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top of the seasoned salmon.Steam for 15 min.Then
In the next level of the basket cut up and spread out the veggies with a sprinkle of chicken bullion.
after it all steams for about 20 more minutes check the salmon if it flakes off on a fork it is done.
lay the salmon fillet and veggies on a bed of rice.
