Avacado Feta Dip

Ingredients
1 avacado diced3/4 cup feta crumbled1 cup cilantro1/4 cup lemon juice3 tbs olive oil1/4 cup onions dicedsalt and red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
Saute the onion with red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients to food processor and puree.
