Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
Salad:2 Cups Shredded Cabbage1 Package of Tofu Shiritaki Noodles (8 oz)1/4 cup shopped waterchestnuts1/4 Slivered AlmondsSauce:2 Tbsp natural almond butter2 Tbsp Sodium reduced Soy Sauce2tsp of Sesame oil4 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1 Clove of Garlic4 tsp of Ginger Root
Directions
Rinse noodles under cold water, Shred cabbage and add waterchestnuts and almonds.

Combine Sauce Ingredients and mix into salad.

Enjoy!
