ADD 1 CUP STRAWBERRIES FRESH OR FROZEN SLICED . FROZEN ARE GREAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FAST FREEZE. PLACE IN FREEZER. HERE YOU HAVE THE VITAMINS OF THE SLIMFAST, FRUIT, AND WHEN READY TO EAT, SPRINKLE TOP WITH GRAPENUTS FOR FIBER.{THEY TASTE LIKE NUTS ON ICECREAM} BEFORE I EAT MINE, I POP IT INTO THE MICORWAVE FOR 1 MIN TO DEFROST ENOUGH TO DIG MY SPOON IN AND ENJOY.
