Michelle's Linguine with garbonzo beans, spinach & tomatoes

1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlic.5 cup diced tomatoes (do not drain).5 cup garbonzo beans.5 cup cooked frozen spinach4 oz. cooked linguine1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1. Cook spinach
2. In a separate pan start boiling water for linguine and get linguine cooked while you continue.
3. In a separate pan saute garlic, olive oil for a minute or so.
4. Add tomatoes and beans.
5. Add spinach, reduce heat to low and simmer about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6. Spoon tomato/beans/spinach mixture over linguine and sprinkle with cheese.
Serving Size: I put it so it's one serving
