Jeff's Cranberry Rice Dressing

3 cups cooked brown rice1/3 cup of dried cranberries1/3 cup of slivered blanched almonds2 cups chopped onions2 medium stalks of celery chopped1 tablespoon of olive oilThese seasonings to taste: Rosemary, Sage, Oregano and savory. Salt can be added but not included here.I don't add salt during cooking leaving it to the individual to add if they want.
Saute chopped onions in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Put 3 cups cooked onions in large bowl add onions, raw chopped celery, cranberries, almonds and seasonings to taste. Stir this until thoroughly mixed and put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 12 1/2-cup servings
