Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup flour1 cup chopped onion, celery, bell pepper4 cups tomatoes60 oz watergarlic to tasesalt-2 tsp.4 cups okra, sliced1 11.5 oz. V8 Juice
Directions
Make roux with flour and olive oil-until copper colored. Add chopped raw veggies. Add water, salt, and garlic. Cook until tender and serve with rice.
