Post Workout/High Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Fage (or other natural PLAIN greek yogurt - watch protein numbers, some have less than others. Fage has 23g per 1 cup)1/2 cup Raspberries (I use fresh when possible)1/2 cup Blackberries (I use fresh when possible)1 Cup Uncle Matts Pure Organic Orange Juice (THE BEST OJ out there!!!!)
Directions
Throw all in Vitamix or other high powered blender. I add around 5-6 ice cubes in for coldness and consistency.
