Brownies with marshmallows - low fat

Ingredients
Ghiradelli walnut brownie mix, 2 boxesEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.25 cup Kroger plain greek yogurt, 1.25 serving Water, tap, .5 cupHershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, 3 tbsp *Mini Marshmallows - 1/2 cup Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, 8 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a large cookie sheet with pan spray. In a mixing bowl combine brownie mixes, water, yogurt, applesauce and egg. Mix till blended. Spread into cookies sheet. Sprinkle with the 3 Tb chocolate chips. Bake till smell done or tester comes out clean. sprinkle marshmallows over the top, put back in for 5 minutes.
Bring out, spread marshmallows with a knife. This takes a little doing, as it's sticky. Melt rest of chocolate chips in the microwave on medium heat and drizzle over the marshmallow topping. Let cool and cut.
