Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients
2 slices bacon, diced1 # italian sausage1 C finely chopped red onions2 t Emeril's Essence1/2 t red pepper flakes1 T minced garlic1 Bay leaf4 C chopped seeded tomatoes3 C chicken stocksalt and pepper1/4 C finely chopped cilantro
Directions
Cook bacon in medium pot over medium heat. Remove sausage from casing and crumble. Add to bacon and cook until browned about 5 minutes. Add crushed red pepper and garlic and cook until fragrant about 30 sec. Add bay leaf, tomatoes and broth. Stir t combine. Bring to boil then reduce head and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
