Chicken and Brocoli over Rice - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 Cans Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup1 Bag of Frozen Brocoli2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Cup of WaterBrown RicePepper, Garlic Pepper or Lemon Pepper to taste
Directions
Stir Cream of Chicken Soup and water together, pour over Chicken Breasts in Slow Cooker. Add Brocoli and Stir. Season with Pepper to taste. Set slow cooker to High and cook 4-6 hours. Serve over Brown Rice. (My husband prefers to eat his over wheat pasta).
