Blackberry Pie-made with Smart Balance sticks

Crust:1 3/4 cups flour1 stick Smart Balance sticks1 teaspoon salt4-6 tablespoons waterFilling:24 oz fresh blackberries1 cup sugar3-4 tbsp flour3-4 tbsp Smart Balance stick
Mix flour and salt. Use a pastry blender to cut in softened Smart Balance stick. Add 3 tablespoons water then more as needed to get crust to form ball. Roll out and put in pie plate.
Mix berries, 3-4 tablespoons flour, sugar. Pour in unbaked crust. Dot with Smart Balance stick-3 Tbsp.
Add top crust
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then 300 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Cut into 8 servings
