Ingredients
12 oz. skinless,boneless chikcen breast2 Tbs honey2 Tbs vinegar2 Tbs orange juice1 Tbs soy sauce2 tsp. cornstarch2 Tbs. cooking oil
Directions
cut up chicken into 1-inch cubes
cook chicken in oil for 3-4 minutes - push to edges of pan
mix all other ingrediants (minus cooking oil) in bowl then pour into middle of pan - let cook until thick and bubbly, stirring occassionally
when mix is thickened, mix in the chiken pieces
